    To answer your question, there are a few resources available to you now, and we are actually in the process of rolling out even more.

    So there is a linkedin group, Lavastorm Analytics Community Group that you might want to join.

    There is online documentation, that a new install (4.5) of our software points to, which contains FAQs, Quick Start Videos, Training materials and more.

    We are also in the process of revamping our website, and in conjunction with that, rolling out videos on youtube that describe functionality in our software, so stay tuned for those to appear...

    You can also find us on Facebook and we have some tips on Twitter, and if you go to the home of the Lavastorm Desktop, there are a couple of links to the company Twitter, company linkedin page, and stay tuned here for announcements to webinars that we run periodically to highlight product features and relevant methodologies.

    We are planning also to start some regular scheduled intro sessions, check on our website for more on that as we role that out. And of course, you can also contact our Sales if you would like to arrange for more formal training for you and your team, for intro and advanced modules to help give you a better understanding of our software.
