It is important to note that having the Accelerators Library deployed does not mean that the library will be enabled and ready to be used. To access this library and get the benefits of the accelerators, users will have to follow some manual setup steps described below:

There are two ways to enable the Accelerator Library, either as a default base library making the library available as default for new graphs or at the graph level.
Option 1: Adding the Accelerators Library to your graph
In order to add the LAL library to your graph, use the following steps:
    1. In the BRE client, select Graph-> Edit Base Libraries from the top level menu.
    2. Click the New button, which will add a new empty text box at the top of the library list.
    3. Type accelerators (without quotes) in the new box.
    4. Click the OK button to close this dialog.

Option 2: Adding the Accelerators Library as a default base library
You can also add the Accelerator library as a default base library for all new graphs, so you can avoid the above steps for each new graph. To do this, use the following steps:
    1. In the BRE client, select Tools-> Preferences from the top level menu.
    2. Click the Libraries tab, which will take you to a pane that has two sides, the right table is labeled Default Base Libraries.
    3. Add a new entry to the Default Base Libraries list, by clicking the New button to the right.
    4. Type accelerators (without quotes) in the new box.
    5. All new graphs will now contain the LAL library as a base library.

Once the accelerator library is enabled, the accelerators will be shown under the node categories in the node palette. To see the effect of this change, close and restart the BRE client.
As with all other nodes, you may select accelerator nodes from the node palette and add them to the canvas to design analytic flows.
