Yes. This message means that there is at least one instance of a node from the Experimental category of your libraries in your graph.
If you open your Preferences menu, and on the first tab hit the Advanced Preferences button, you will open the Adv. Pref menu, and in the upper left there is a checkbox for "Use Experimental Nodes"
If this is checked, you will notice when you highlight your CORE library in the library selection pallete (lower left corner) that a category Experimental is now visible. These are some nodes that have yet to be fully developed (although they are functional) and may have unknown issues. It is also possible that in future releases, they may be removed from the library.
Because of this graphs utilizing them show a message to notify the user that their graph has some experimental components.
