We are using the Brain graph editor in Windows where we do development. The LAE resides on a Sun Solaris machine which the Windows box connects to at some point.

Question: When running a graph on a Windows machine, is only the Windows machine used for processing or is the LAE on the UNIX server also used? I know our temporary files are created on the UNIX file server even when we run the graphs locally on a windows machine.

If you select "View Data", then BRE downloads a segment of the temporary file from Solaris and displays it on your PC, but the 'real' temp file remains on Solaris.
