    It allows you to read in XLSB file using LibreOffice. Note that this is within the 'Lavastorm Labs' forum. If you don't already have access, I believe you can request it right on the page.

    To output to XLSB, you may have to use something like: http://www.excel-tool.com/convertxlstoxlsx.html

    I haven't had a chance to look into whether it has a command line interface like LibreOffice.

    It's been a while since I've done it, so I was guessing that you'd see a request link on that first link. But you probably saw a "no permission" warning. In any case, you should be added to that Lavastorm Labs forum now.
