    This error message comes up whenever the Lavastorm Console has to launch. As soon as I access my desktop through the usual way from my desk and start the console it works fine. Also if the console is already running and I remote in then this doesn't appear - I can launch and run any graph without issue.

    Is there a workaround to this ? My desktop is significantly faster than my laptop but get's rebooted every night with IT updates or is switched off ( I can wake remotely) so leaving it on is not an option.

    Hello. Remote desktop connectivity is not supported by your version of LAE. If you'd like to use the software on two different machines, then you'll need a license for each machine. Please work with your account manager to determine an appropriate licensing scheme for your scenario.
