    You can manually download the updates here:

    For you, you'd need the 5.0.x updates, so:

    Sorry if that is one and the same - bit confused on what the versions represent.


    Also, yes the popups do tend to appear right when I'm in some sort of panic mode :-)

    Yep, so these builds (527, 535, etc.) refer to the LAL version. When you update, the info in 'About BRE' will refresh. The actual LAE engine stays the same. Unless you go from 5.0 to 5.1.

    The links above are for LAL, Is there somewhere we can manually download these build 5.0.X updates as well ?

    The LAL update (5.0.33) I listed above is for the Lavastorm Analytics Engine 5.0, which is what you're looking for. Updates to LAE 5.0 is done via the LAL updates. If you want to update the engine, you'll have to upgrade to 5.1. Is that what you were asking for?

    No, just the engine updates - the wekly update prompt (which I had time to do this time) auto updated me from 5.0.0.0 to 5.0.0.1.29. "Lavastorm_Analytics_Engine_5.0.0.1.29_Desktop _Set up.exe" was the name of the file it downloaded.

    Not sure what these minor updates bring, just was after a place to manually download that Desktop Setup file for when I don't have time to do the weekly auto-update downloads.

    As far as I know, there is no link where you can manually download the maintenance releases, e.g. 5.0.0.1. In general, the download link (for a given version) will contain the latest maintenance release. But in your case, since the 5.0 link is no longer available, you would have to request it.
