    As long as you are current on your maintenance then you should be able to upgrade without paying. You can contact Technical Support if you are unsure.

    Yes I am. Two last questions - I run the desktop version, not the server. Is this also upgradable to 6 and can we use Lavastorm Explorer functionality, or is this all Server only ?

    Yep, desktop version is also upgradeable if you're on maintenance. The explorer view/functionality is only available with the server.
