* What version of Teradata are you using
* What logon mechanism - e.g. LDAP, Kerbos (if you use ODBC to connect with other client tools you can check this in your ODBC Data Source config)

The solution also requires the Teradata FastLoad utility to be installed on your PC. Do you have this setup? If not, you will have to get your IT team to install it for you.
Can I suggest you drop me an email with this info and we try to get this working on your Lavastorm Desktop installation. Once we know it works for you we can post the solution here so everyone has access.
