Like the Acquisition group shows BRD File twice, CSV File twice, etc. This behavior seems quite random; some Graphs do this and others do not.

    How is this list of Nodes generated? Is it possible I have duplicate configuration files somewhere? If it only happens with certain Graphs, does that mean those particular Graphs are corrupted in some way?

    I am running 64-bit Win7 SP1 w. 8gb RAM and BRE v4.6.1.2, Build 489

    Click on Graph / Edit Base Libraries, and ensure that the libraries such as "core" are listed only once.. remove any duplicates.
    Save the graph, re-open it, and see if the duplication comes back.
