Brad, I am not sure, but it sounds like you are asking for instructions on how to use a third party tool, the "Attachment Reflection FTP" program? If that's the case, I recommend looking for support for that product on their support page, and you will likely get a much quicker and more helpful response. I apologize for not being able to give more help, but am unfamiliar with the application.
