    Many Lavastorm customers use LAE to create alarms and cases. But to answer with details we need to know more about your environment. Are the alarms and cases to be created in some specific system? Is putting data into a database enough to create an alarm or a case? Are you using LRC or LTW? Is there some proprietary Java library to be used to create these?
