Say you want to create a set of nodes to use across multiple graphs.
You should create a new BRG in BRE, then switch to Library mode (either by hitting F9, or clicking View->Toggle Graph/Library).
Then, create your library nodes that you want to be used across multiple graphs.

Once you are complete, save the BRG.

Then, when you want to use the nodes that you have created in another library, create a new graph, then click Graph->Edit Base Libraries.

Enter the name of the BRG (without the .brg extension) that you created in the first step.

If this BRG is not in the search paths, you will need to specify the location of the BRG on disk.

Once complete, the nodes that you created in the first BRG have been imported into the second BRG such that you can use them as you would use the libraries supplied with the LAE.
