    What are some good ways to explain GIS, what it's about and what potential it has to people who are skeptical. Maybe there is a short read or something designed specifically for a layman or business leader?

    Keith Answered: You know, one of my sons just graduated from a Java coding bootcamp. He is being asked to provide a look at coding he's done. Perhaps you could provide, in addition to a cover letter and resume, some exemplars of your skills, applied to a problem set?
