    Hi Community,

Yesterday, we found a message while getting Data Cache cleaned.

one of the main questions was: is EJB = Enterprise Java Beans? or E... J Boss?

and where can I find more documentation for this?

    Nicolas,

The EJB refers to the JBoss components.  When the Data Cache is cleared, messages are sent to the various processes for EnterWorks to clear their respective data caches.  This error suggests one or more of the JBoss components are failing to respond.  You may also see some issue reflected in the System Health widget.  If you do (or the System Health widget times out), then you may want to follow the instructions in the "How to Troubleshoot System Health Timing Out or Not Responding" KB article.  If it shows some read, but is not timing out, you may want to verify the start order of the EnterWorks services is correct by reviewing the KB article "What is the Proper Start Sequence for EnterWorks Services" or the EnterWorks Tech Talk: "ETT 109 (formerly BBS) - Starting and Stopping EnterWorks Services Revisited" on the eLearning Platform.
