An Updated MailStream Plus 8.4.6 February Postal References files has been placed on the Precisely Data Experience on February 21^st.  The Postal References files was updated in reference to the February 17^th, 2024, Industry Alerts by the USPS:

USPS Industry Alert 02-17-2023

• "The February Mail Direction File with an effective date of March 1, 2024, has been republished to update the file previously issued on February 10, 2024. This file is being republished to support pallets being accepted at the Atlanta RPDC starting March 1, 2024."
• "The republication of the files allows Mailers to claim the SCF and NDC discounts when applicable starting March 1, 2024, at the below facility."
