    Hello, I was given direct access to Data360 Govern but received the following message. The Admin also added me to an existing Group and I still can't login.

    Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in.

    AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application Data360 Govern ('3eb3f8f9-cff3-4250-8738-05f67015a4e4') to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.

    Hi Kenneth,

    You mention that an administrator added you to an existing group. I recommend comparing the details between what was added in Data360 Govern and your LDAP ( email address, etc.. ). Additional information may be found within the Data360 Govern help :

    If the issue persists after comparing the two sources, I recommend opening a support case so we may further assist over a working session.
