In this release, there are product enhancements, platform upgrades, security improvements, and migration support added to Trillium Quality and Discovery. The release notes describe all of these in greater detail and users should follow the instructions in the installation guide for the upgrade.
What's New in 17.2
Support for migrating repositories cross-platform
Migrating repositories is now a seamless experience for both Windows and Linux platforms. You can also migrate repositories between Windows and Linux.
Enhanced disk encryption for Trillium Discovery repositories
Users now have the flexibility to choose specific repositories for disk encryption. With this update, the installer default settings have encryption disabled, offering the freedom to tailor the encryption preferences according to the security requirements.
Improved entity information
Users can now view additional information about the associated projects for a given entity through the introduction of new project-related columns.
Enhanced service execution on Linux with systemsd
Security has been enhanced to align with the industry standards. Trillium services on Linux now utilize the standard daemon, replacing the previous xinetd configuration. This is in line with modern Linux distributions which enables a more robust deployment of Trillium Quality services.
Streamline Trillium Discovery for Collibra Installation
Installing Trillium Discovery for Collibra is now a seamless experience for both Windows and Linux operating systems. The installer has been unified to cater to both these platforms. Additionally, it now incorporates the necessary script files on both operating systems, ensuring a unified and hassle-free installation.
Trillium Quality for Microsoft Dynamics Version 2.8 Release
A new Release version for trillium-for-dynamics/release/2.8.0 was added along with following installers and can be downloaded from the below location.

Version 2.8 Trillium Quality for MS Dynamics includes the following new enhancements:
Customizable US State picklist for forms in MS Dynamics plug-in
Trillium Quality for MS Dynamics now supports a US state picklist field, allowing the inclusion of a US state drop-down within the form of all standard entities. Users can add a customizable drop-down field in the address entity based on state or region. The default configuration with the installation features a picklist of all 50 US states and 7 US Territories.
Enhanced Microsoft Dynamics Support
This version of Trillium Quality for Microsoft Dynamics offers support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 online version 9.2 implementations.
