MFX Support for HOLDDATA
Technical Alert
To extend support for SMP/E management of MFX maintenance, we have introduced HOLDDATA for MFX 3.1, applicable to TPF4 or above cumulative levels of maintenance.
We researched the requirements for enhanced HOLDDATA so that we can provide PE or HIPER PTFs information regularly. This involved a slight change in our delivery process and a more efficient tracking system.
The HOLDDATA file will be located in PDX, our software delivery portal and the name of the file will be MFX 3.1 HOLDDATA 2023.mm.dd.txt. The link to PDX for downloading software can be found here. Download the .txt file and utilize it in your SMP/E work stream.
This file will be updated whenever a PTF is found to be in error or when the corrective PTF has been released.
