    Availability of Property Graph APIs

Property Graph APIs available via Spectrum OnDemand

We are excited to announce the launch of 7 new Property Graph APIs available via Spectrum OnDemand.  Property Graph makes it easy for users to obtain a comprehensive view of a property, by managing complex data relationships between buildings, parcels, addresses, property attributes, and points of interest. These new APIs are designed to enhance the way you can interact and establish relationships between different Precisely data products, including Geocoding, Address Fabric, Parcel Boundaries, Buildings, Property Attributes, and World Points of Interest (POI) Premium. The APIs handle complex real-world relationships including situations where multiple addresses can be associated with parcels, buildings, and property records.

    Key benefits of Property Graph:

    • Save time and money - Automate the manual labor of identifying and maintaining the relationships between property-related datasets.
    • Seamlessly integrates with business processes -Property Graph and the datasets it connects can be integrated seamlessly with business processes, extending the scope of analytics and automation with extensive property information.
    • Enables better business decisions with trusted data -Property Graph enables you to work with carefully-sourced, current, and accurate data you can trust for confident business decisions.
    • Easy analysis with PreciselyID: Addresses can be complicated, Precisely's unique and persistent ID removes complexities and enables ease of enrichment and analysis

     Features of the new APIs:

    • Delivered via Spectrum OnDemand: Property Graph information can now be delivered through APIs, taking away the complexity of managing a relational model and making it easier and more efficient to access and analyze complex geospatial relationships.
    • Spatial queries: Use geometry and associated attributes to query spatial relationships among different features.
    • Multi-tier spatial analysis: Address-specific industry challenges are solved through a multi-tier spatial analysis and feature relationships.
    • Extensibility: The APIs that provide Property Graph information through Spectrum OnDemand are designed to be extensible, and additional relationships from the Precisely data portfolio over time will be added over time.

    APIs providing Property Graph Information

The APIs now available to provide Property Graph informati n nclude:

         1.   GetBuilding

      • Establish relationships between addresses and buildings. Retrieve building details by various identifiers such as PreciselyID, Building ID, or Geometry.

         2.   GetParcel

      • Connect parcels with addresses, buildings, property attributes, and points of interest. Retrieve parcel details by various identifiers like PreciselyID, Building ID, or Property Attribute ID.

         3.   GetParcelByOwner

      • Retrieve parcel information using owner details, making it easy to find parcels owned by a specific entity.

         4.   GetPropertyAttribute

      • Obtain detailed property attributes by linking them to addresses, parcels, or other entities.

          5.   GetFamilyInfo

      • Discover address genealogy by providing a PreciselyID and get information about any parent PreciselyID and the number of children/siblings.

          6.   GetAddress

      • Retrieve related addresses based on various identifiers like PreciselyID, Parent ID, Building ID, etc., and analyze their connections with parcels, buildings, or points of interest.

          7.   GetPointOfInterest

      • Extract information about points of interest and their associations with addresses, parcels, or other relationships.

Take advantage of the opportunity to transform how you interact with addressing and point-of-interest data. Utilize the new Property Graph APIs available via Spectrum OnDemand and start revolutionizing your geospatial analysis and data representation capabilities.
