SpectrumOnDemand – General Announcement

Abstract
This announcement is for the SpectrumOnDemand customers who use the GlobalTypeAhead service. We are making some changes at the infrastructure level and will have no impact on the functionality of the service.
Overview of Features and Functionality
We continue to invest significantly in improving our Spectrum OnDemand experience. In line with this, we are in the process of making changes at the core level which will deliver:
- Significant improvements in resiliency and scalability.
- Significant reduction in outages and slowdowns.
The first phase for these improvements is for the Global TypeAhead (GTA) service. Additional services will roll out incrementally over the course of the year.
We do not anticipate these service changes will have any impact on your usage of SpectrumOnDemand. However, out of an abundance of caution, we are informing you with a request that should you detect any adverse effects on the quality of your service to inform us immediately so that we may begin investigations for unanticipated impacts and take immediate remedial actions.
