  • 1.  Spectrum Platform Manager session time-out

    Hi all,
    I was wondering if anyone has come across an issue I'm having with Spectrum Platform Manager.
    I login with the usual credentials and the screen appears but when I click on a module (eg. Security) a session time-out pop-up appears.

    If I click on OK it does not help, all I can do is wait for it to time-out then close the screen.
    Any ideas on what is going wrong?

    Hi David,

    I cant say I have seen this issue? Do you see anything in the Spectrum logs when this occurs, you may need change the log level to DEBUG, which you can do in Management Console>Logs (assuming you don't get logged out before you get there....)

    Hi Duri,

    Thanks for your reply. This issue has been resolved.
    Turns out that I reset the timeout value in Admin Console without resetting the value in the spectrum-container.properties file for the Platform Console. This somehow caused the spectrum.security.authentication.session.timeout value to reset to an insanely high number which locked me out.
