    Hello there!

We have problem with maintaining data flow execution logs.

Ideally we would like to have them purged regularly, after they reach a certain age.

This is to say that once a data flow execution log gets older than x number of days, it gets automatically removed.

At present we are clearing data flow execution logs manually through the Data360 Analyze GUI.

This however, does not work on data flows which have tens of thousands data flow execution logs...

Can you please suggest a way to do it?

    Many Thanks!

    Milan

PS Version of Data360 Analyze we use is v3.8.4.2914.

Data360 Analyze allows an adminstrator to configure clean-up settings to automatically purge runs generated by schedules and to delete temporary data after a successful run. See this topic in your system's Help documentation:

Scheduling > Configuring run clean up settings

Data360 Analyze also allows an adminstrator to schedule the deletion of temporary data related to interactive runs. See this topic in your system's Help documentation:

System administration > Managing temporary run data
