Abstract
This announcement is for Property Attribute customers who license either the Property Attributes Assessment and/or the Property Historical Sales Precisely products. Respectively, these products will undergo their annual breaking schema change for the following releases.
- Property Attributes Assessment - September 30, 2025 (v2025.09)
- Property Historical Sales – November 28, 2025 (v2025.11)
Features and Functionality
The following changes will be made to the Property Attributes Assessment product:
- Removal of the following MLS fields: MLS_LIST_DATE, MLS_LIST_PRICE, and MLS_LIST_PRICE_ORIG. These fields do not meet the specification of the product, which is a listing of taxable properties and their attribution.
- Field length changes for the following fields:
- Addition of a WKT field in the pipe delimited text format to represent the geometry of the coordinate location of the situs address.
- Data type Changes for the following date fields:
- New value codes and descriptions for the Roof Frame Field:
The following changes will be made to both the Property Attributes Assessment and Property Historical Sales products:
- Removal of the of the Change files (change_file folder). In order to improve User experience, the change files will be available as a separate downloadable zip package from the Precisely Data Experience. Please see separate Precisely Knowledge Communities post regarding this topic.
