Abstract
This announcement is for Property Attribute customers to introduce an exciting new enhancement related to new "Change File" and "Statistics" file product zip package downloads.
Features and Functionality
To improve User experience, we will be providing separate download options for the Change Files and Product Statistic Files, respectively. Clients will see these new options within the "File Format" dropdown available from the download pages of the Precisely Data Experience.
This change will allow customers to:
- Choose their download preference between a Full Product zip package versus a Change File zip package
- Download the Product Statistics file without having to download the full product zip package.
A couple of important things to note:
- The "Change File" zip package is applicable to the following Property Attributes products
- Property Attributes Assessment
- Property Historical Sales
- For the June 30 releases, the Change files will continue to be included in the Full Product zip package download within the "change_files" folder, for both the Property Attributes Assessment and Property Historical Sales Products.
- To reduce the size of the Full Product Zip packages in the future, the Change files will be removed from the Full Product Zip packages during the respective breaking change releases outlined below. At which time, the Change Files will only be available through the "Change Files" download zip package.
- Property Attributes Assessment – September 2025 v2025.09
- Property Historical Sales – November 2025 v2025.11
- The "Statistics" zip package is applicable to the following Property Attributes products:
- Property Attributes Assessment
- Property Historical Sales
- Property Attributes Mortgage
- The Data Statistics file will continue to be included in all product zip packages: Full, Change, and Statistics.
- For those Clients who use our Automatic PDX Download Tools and Scripts, please keep in mind that these scripts will need to be updated if you wish to pull the new Change and Statistic zip packages.
