Unfortunately, no. Data360 Analyze does not provide any introspective tools.
You may be able to obtain some raw information on the composition of a data flow from an exported .lna file.
Though please note the information is terse at best and is only meant for internal use by the system software. It is not documented or supported and the layout may change in future releases.
The data flow .lna file format is an archive. If the filename extension is changed to .zip you can open it and extract the contents. The graph.lod file is the specification of the data flow and contains information on the node types in the data flow and the node names. Extracting the node lineage will be difficult in practice.
