It is a Connection Point. Connection Points are the replacement for Bundlers, Unbundlers and Bypass nodes that were included in the the Legacy LAE product.

Hey folks,
We just recently noticed this issue when migrating LAE graph into Data360 Analyze v3.6.8.6779.
Something is embedded in between two nodes are linked between output/input nodes.
I can quite explain it but it has options which we have never seen. What is this little icon we see between when connecting nodes.
I have attached a picture.
