    With the release of EngageOne Vault v2022 targeted for Q4, 2022, we are discontinuing distribution of the Web Service Client sample application (also known as ServiceWeb2).  This is to provide you options to modernize your application:

    • Although you may continue to use ServiceWeb2 application, we will no longer deliver software updates for it.
    • The ServiceWeb2 application will no longer be supplied with the install media for the EngageOne Vault v2022 release.
    • Products like EngageOne Digital Self Service Smart View, EngageOne Compose 'Search Archive' are the recommended replacements for ServiceWeb2. You may also consider using the Vault APIs to access archived documents from other applications.  If this is your preferred option, please contact your Account Executive to discuss.

    Next Steps:

    If you are not using Vault ServiceWeb2 application, there is no action required.

    If you are still using the Vault ServiceWeb2 application, you will need to begin planning a migration to EngageOne Digital Self Service Smart View, EngageOne Compose or use Vault APIs to meet your archive search and viewing needs.

To allow you to plan your migration from the Vault ServiceWeb2 application, we will continue to provide phone and best effort support.
