Hard delete actions from backend

    Is there any way to hard delete an action from the backend?  I can see I can do it on the UI from Workflow Items but they still appear via API requests with no way of determining if they've been deleted that I can see.

    Without a way of filtering them out this means that they could inadvertently be included in reporting figures.

    I see I can delete an action type, and there is an option to cascade, but this does not cascade down to the actions raised on the type.
