    Finalist® 10.0 Release Announcement
    Dear Precisely Customer,


    Precisely is pleased to announce the release of Finalist 10.0. 


     

    Finalist 10.0 supports the new CASS Cycle O which becomes effective August 1, 2023.  To meet the Cycle O rules, the structure of the Finalist and DPV databases have changed and are not compatible with previous versions of Finalist.  The 10.0 versions of the databases will be in the Current Version tab of the Precisely Data Experience, the 9.x databases will be in the Past Versions tab.  The USPS will be ending the delivery of the data needed to build the 9.x data, the last delivery of the 9.x databases will be in April 2023.  They will expire at the same time as the USPS CASS Cycle N on July 31, 2023.
