    Enforcive Enterprise Security 8.4.03 – Service Pack Notification 


    Announcement

    Precisely announces the release of Enforcive Enterprise Security 8.4.03. This release provides either a new install or an upgrade from previous versions of Enforcive Enterprise Security. 

    Precisely strongly encourages customers to stay current by upgrading to the latest release for Enforcive Enterprise Security.  Details of the fixes and new features contained within this release can be found in the associated Readme document.

    Overview of Features and Functionality

    Several enhancements are delivered in Enforcive Enterprice Security 8.4.03:

    ·       SEC-10552 Customers running both Enforcive Enterprise Security and Assure Multi-Factor

    -       Authentication (MFA) can now trigger MFA rules from within Enterprise Security via one of the following application servers:

    §  Database

    §  File Server

    §  FTP Server

    §  Signon Server

    -       The feature is accessed by clicking the Trigger MFA button in the More Options tab and selecting the required server.

    ·       SEC-13939 The Enforcive PTF list report type was added to display the customer's PTF list and Installation history as it is shown in the Control Panel.

    ·       SEC-14444 The Custom File Audit report type was added to display the list of fields from the file defined in the Selection Criteria and fields from the Database journal. 

    ·       SEC-14489 The Service Tools Security Attributes report type was added to display SST security attributes as displayed by the Display SST Security Attributes command.

    ·       Several fixes are also delivered with this 8.4.03 release – please review the Readme file for more details.

    Minimum Requirements

    Enterprise Security Manager – Report Generator Email requirements

            Java 8 is required by version 8.4.02 and higher. Customers need to ensure that Java 8 is available on the systems where the product is installed.

    IBM i OS Levels supported:

            IBM i V7R3M0 or greater (see restrictions for specific modules in the ReadMe)
