Hi ,

can you explain the process of Data3sixty Version Upgrade from 3.6.X to 3.12.X ?

what are steps involved?

can we directly upgarde 3.6.x to 3.12.x? or we have upgrade intermediate version and then to 3.12.x?

any dependent OS version? currently ours is REH 7.X

Please us how we can proceed?

The upgrade process for the Server version of the product is detailed in the Data360 Analyze Server Installation Guide for the version you are upgrading to.

You can upgrade directly from v.3.6.x to v.3.12.x as you are currently using Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x

(Note: if you had been using RHEL 6x. this would have needed a more involved process as RHEL 6.x is not supported with v.3.12.x)
