No, RHEL was not a supported platform for Data360 Analyze v.3.6.x releases. Please note that Data360 Analyze v.3.6.x has reached it's end of service date and is no longer actively supported. We recommend you upgrade to a supported version of the product.

The upgrade steps are documented in the Data360 Analyze Server Installation guide. The installation guide is available for download by customers on the Precisely Data Experience (PDX) portal (login required):

As detailed in the installation guide, if you are running Data360 Analyze Server on RHEL 7.x you can upgrade directly from 3.6.x to 3.12.x
RedHat Enterprise 7.X 64-bit and RedHat Enterprise 8.X 64-bit are supported platforms for Data360 Analyze Server v. 3.12.x
