A new release of D360 Govern was applied to the Dev/UAT environments on Saturday, October 14th.
A separate announcement will be sent regarding release to Production.

Workflow Enhancements
Attention!
With this release we have completely updated the user interface for working workflow assignments. Every screen has been enhanced to improve usability, making all information necessary to complete the assignment easily accessible.
Let’s start with the Primary Navigation menu: Users will now see Assignments and Requests as items on the Primary Navigation menu. Assignments replaces the previous Workflow menu item. If you previously had permissions assigned to the Workflow menu item, those have been migrated to the Assignments item.
The Assignments page has had an extreme makeover, and you won’t believe the dazzling new look! More on that below.
Requests is a new menu item that allows the user to easily see and track the issues they initiated.
The Assignments page includes All Assignments (pending and completed workflows and actions) and users are also able to access the Assignments By Workflow Version page in the Secondary Navigation menu. Enhanced functionality includes Advanced Filtering, side panels and secondary panels which include tabs for the Steps and other details.
While the filters are not pre-populated once the user sets the Assignee and Status to pending it gives a nice list of open assignments to work. These filters are remembered so they only need to be set once. All details needed are in the side panel, and if you filter on an Action type you will see all the action fields in the list grid, making it even easier to see and work the assignments you need to.
The By Workflow Version page has also been enhanced.
Completing assignments is now performed using our standard modal dialog with side panels and secondary panels which also include tabs for the Steps and other details. Everything you need to complete a request is now available on one modal. How amazing is that!
The Assignments tile on the Home Page has been renamed to My Assignments and has expanded to the width of the page. Working with Assignments from the tile has also been moved to a modal dialog with side panels and secondary panels which again include tabs for the Steps and other details. Gone are the days of needed to open multiple tabs to the see the data you need to reassign or complete an Assignment.
Configuration Enhancements - Continued
As part of our ongoing effort for configuration consistency across the application, the Reference List page has been enhanced to use the standardized list grid, details page layout, and side panel functionality.
