Data360 Analyze - 3.18.1 maintenance release announcement

This is a new generally available maintenance support release for version 3.18, bringing valuable performance improvements and key updates to the platform and bug fixes. Highlights include:
- Improved JSON Processing Performance: The JSON Data node now runs much faster when handling large JSON files with many excluded fields, making processing of complex JSON datasets more efficient.
- Faster Data Collection Validation: We've streamlined the data collection validation step during execution. This means quicker start-up times for nodes and a smoother workflow, especially in environments with many data collections.
- Updated Drivers & Libraries: We've updated the JDBC drivers for major databases (DB2, MySQL/MariaDB, Oracle, Snowflake, and SQL Server) and upgraded various third-party libraries. These updates ensure better compatibility, security, and stability across the platform.
