I would set up 2 Map Windows and insert each map into the Layout something like this

Thanks for the reply , since i need that as an inset map , so if i created 2 frames within the same layout

Yes, you can have multiple frames in the layout. Go to layout and then frames. Add a new frame and size it. Click on Map to add in the map you want in it.
