    Hi There

    I have created a script to load multiple shipping instructions per customer with the loop functionality

    In my script I have it as follows

    However, when it creates the data in SAP is moving the first instruction to the bottom

    Is there a way this can be done

    Appreciate your assistance

    Hi Sharlene

    We have the ability to add long text the way you are describing, but there is an easier way, as long as your SAP system has the function module is installed.  Please see the documentation here:  https://help.precisely.com/r/Automate-Studio/20.3/en-US/Automate-Studio-with-Connect-User-Guide/Transaction/Map-Fields/Add-Long-Text/Record-long-text

    We support this way via the Add Long Text option

    then select the text you want to upload (or download)

    You wouldn't need a loop - it would upload (or download) the long text as one long string.

    Please can you advise, my colleague has a developer license, but he cannot see the Advanced Features tab, how do we add it for him in winshuttle

    Hi Sharlene,

    Based on your log column it looks like you're using v20.3, so I'm assuming the other user is also on that version. If the user has a developer license (to create and run scripts), please open the XD02 script, go to the Map tab, and click on the Expert View tab in the mapping area. Once those have been selected, the user should see the Advanced Features section in the ribbon:

    If the Studio window is smaller, the user should still see the Advanced Features section, but might need to click the dropdown to view the long text option: 

    If the user still doesn't see the long text option, please send a screenshot so we can take a look.

    Hi Sharlene,

    Thanks for sending the screenshots! Your colleague doesn't see that option because the recording mode used was GUI scripting which doesn't work with the long text functionality we're referring to. Please record a script for XD02 using Standard for the recording mode and then the option to add long text will be available:
