The release for Mailstream Plus 846 the version that contains the USPS January rate change that goes into effect on January 21,2024.
You can install the software for test but not for production the software 846 has different USPS statements information. Please review the release note information for MailStream Plus 8.4.6. The information can be found at this url = https://support.precisely.com/products/mailstream-plus/
