    Hi Support team:

     

    We current running a Data360 Analyze on a daily basis. License key is xxx, which is expiring this May. Please kindly advise renewal process.

    Meanwhile, please kindly advise on below two questions –

     

    1. If we want to speed up current data analyze process, what is the best option available? If we get another license and run the same jobs at the same time, will that work? And increase efficiency? If so, how much will that cost?
    2. We current have another previous LAVAstorm license key xxx, which is running on a local PC as backup. Can we use this key to run and same job and increase the efficiency or not? Do we need to upgrade this license to Data360 as well since Lavastorm is no longer supported? This key is expiring this May as well.
