    Client: Future Fund

    Future Fund has a requirement to manage asset creation via a workflow. The end user is to enter all the details about a new asset to be created, including associated relationships.

    1. Currently when creating a workflow it is not possible to define relationship as a field type when configuring an action type, so all the information about an asset cannot be captured in a single point
    2. Even if a separate form is provided in that workflow (not ideal as it should be in the first form), the user entered data for the relationship cannot be used in a change relationship activity after that asset is being created successfully. The workflow monitor reports a successful activity but no relationship is added to that asset.
