    Hi Team,

    We have implemented query filter on case store to restrict access of user groups to specific cases. For example, a Relationship Manager (member of RM group) has access to all cases of his country. To implement this, we have stored RM's country in user profile and set the appropriate condition in query filter. Similarly Branch Manager (member of BM group) has different criteria for the access to cases.

    Currently search screen by default shows all the cases on which user has access. RM user wants to see the cases of their home branch by default, i.e. without entering any search criteria. Home branch of the logged-in RM is available from user profile. Occasionally if they need to access other cases, they can fill the search criteria to search cases within the limits of access granted to them through query filters. Home branch cases which RM wants to see by default; may not be assigned to him. So we can't even make use of "My Cases" screen for this purpose.

    Similarly Branch Manager would like to see different set of cases by default and can search other cases using the search criteria.

    Please let us know if the above will be possible.
