    Hi,
    I have a customized template in Spectrum Spatial which has inputs fields as per below:
    I wonder how can I pass values "Contract Monthly Cost, Last Mile Cost and Contract Duration" from the form into a work-flow(service) in Enterprise Designer. Then I will do calculations with the values then display the results back into Spectrum Spatial?

    How can I achieve this?
