    Hi

Anyone have the same experience for this dataset?

I don't put in any specific parameters, just select the gml files, leave coordinates as specified and output as tab to another folder.
It part translates (Scotland) and then crashes out.

    TIA
    Martin

Could you end up creating Native TAB files larger than 2GB?
Not that it really should crash just because the file gets too big.

    Hmm
Just tried latest data and it failed with 2 x 100km blocks of data.
There's certainly a lot of data - over 2GB limit, so you need to be using Extended Tab and UTF16.
    Check Options >System Settings.

I have used the shp files previously. Split into links, nodes and motorway junctions.

    Thanks for the helpful replies.
I hadn't considered the extended table option.
In the end I did what John has suggested and used the shp files.
