  • 1.  Importing Rectified raster images from ArcMap

Hello to the community!  I work interactively between ArcMap as well as MapInfo Pro - and right now I have a client that has 43 maps rectified in ArcMap.  I need to digitize structural points and it is so much easier in MapInfo.  So, I'm trying to figure out the best way to open one of these files in MapInfo - or what to export as.  If I try to open the image right now, MI assumes it has to be rectified.  I exported from ArcMap to a tif file with the tfw - and it sees the projection, but the image does not come in real world coordinates, but rather non-earth....any suggestions?

I spent more time on this issue and figured it out!  I was able to find a workaround saving it to a geotiff with the world file.  I'm off to the races now!
