    Hello Automate Community!

    For this week's tip, we're gonna look at Precisely Support and how to contact them, support articles, etc. There are a few ways to access Support.  

    Precisely 

    From our corporate website, you can click on Support, it will take you to our Precisely Support page.

    Precisely Support  

    Or you can go directly to Precisely Support. The site includes a variety of information including documentation, articles, announcements and more. If you click on Product Help, you will need to select your specific Automate product and documentation and articles will be displayed.

    If you need to talk to Support or create a new case, click on Contact and you will see Case Management and Direct Phone Support.

    You can also email support - support@precisely.com

    Precisely Knowledge Communities 

    In addition, from the Precisely Knowledge Communities webpage, there are links to a variety of sites including Support. Click Precisely Sites and you will see Precisely Support Home.

    Automate General Support Information 

    Another good place to review general support topics is in the Automate General Support Information page. Here you will see information related to all Precisely Automate products as well as another link to the Precisely Support page.  

    Automate Evolve/Studio Manager

    And finally, if you are using Automate Evolve or Studio Manager, you can access Precisely Support directly from the application. If you click on the arrow to the right of the Help icon in the upper right corner, you will see a link to Support.
