    Hello Automate Community!
This week's tip focuses on customizing the look and feel of Automate Evolve. As a reminder, Automate Evolve is our automation platform designed to help manage your various data assets like product launches, customer/ vendor onboarding, GL account setup, and plant maintenance.
Automate Evolve can automate your entire business process from the collection of the data, through approvals, to posting the data into SAP. It orchestrates the work that is needed for these requests and can notify you and your teams when there is work that needs to be completed through emails or alerts.
In Evolve, your Evolve Global Administrator can customize the look and feel of Evolve by introducing company-specific elements, such as:
    • Company Logo/Header Logo
    • Application Name
    • Theme
    • Header and Text Colors

    1. Under the Administration app, Click on Settings

    2. Click on Branding

    3. Header Logo - Click on the Header Logo icon area on the left-hand side of the screen (Red Arrow).

    a. Upload an image in one of the supported file formats. This will place the logo on the header line
    b. OR you can add a title to the App Title textbox (Yellow Arrows).
NOTE: The title cannot be more than 60 characters in length and will appear as Header Text rather than as a logo
    4. Themes - This changes the overall look of the user interface. Select from the default options, Light or Dark. You can preview your selection in the Branding Preview pane on the page.
    a. The Precisely Modern Theme is the default option.
    b. If you choose Classic Light, you will have some additional options
      • Primary Color - This color appears in the Header. Click the color box in the Primary Color row and select a color by clicking on it or you can enter the RGBA color values.
      • Secondary Color - This color appears on the links, button backgrounds, and icons. Click the color box in the Secondary Color row and select a color by clicking on it or you can enter the RGBA color values.
      • Primary Text Color - This color will be the Header text. You can choose black or white.
      • Secondary Text Color - This appears as the general body text color. You can choose black or white.

    c. Or you can choose Classic Dark, and you would have the same options as Classic Light.

      • NOTE: If you select a dark button color, we recommend the white text being used. And if you select a light button color, black text is recommended.
    5. You can preview all of your changes in the Preview pane.
    6. When you are ready, click Save. The changes will be in effect almost immediately for you. Other users and admins will see the changes only after they log out and log back into the application.
    7. You can choose to reset to the default branding settings at any time by clicking the 'Reset to Default' button.
I hope you find this helpful. Have a great week!
