This somehow reminds me of an issue I had with a trailing space in the name of a SQL Server table. This is just a guess, but it might be worth checking for trailing spaces in the name of the tables for which you are having issues.

It sounds like the GPS_ServiceLvl2020 table is not in your MAPINFO_MAPCATALOG or maybe it has the wrong schema set? However i'm not sure why the error is refering to catalog (null)??
I assume you have the linked table open in MapInfo, are you still able to refresh it using Table>Database>Refresh DBMS Table?
