Property Attributes Null Values
Abstract
This announcement is for Property Attribute customers only. We will be making a change to the representation of null values in the Property Attributes Assessment, Property Historical Sales, and Property Attributes Mortgage products. The change will occur for the November 30, 2024 releases.
Overview of Features and Functionality
Null values for numerical data type fields will be represented in the product as -9999. This change is being made to prevent null values from converting to zero upon data upload in certain software applications.
