Abstract
This announcement is for Property Attribute Mortgage customers. The Property Attributes Mortgage product will be enhanced with new features for the August 2025 Release requiring a breaking change to the Data Schema. In addition, there will be field value changes for several fields in the upcoming March 2025 release. Specifics about these changes can be found below.
March Property Attributes Mortgage (2025.03) - Field Value Changes:
Sixty-four (64) fields are affected by value changes for the March Property Attributes Mortgage release (2025.03). Please refer to the attached Excel sheet outlining the specific changes; where new values have been added, existing values have been updated, or existing values have been deprecated.
- Please refer to the "Data Schema" tab. Column A labeled as "Match Field Value Change Type." Affected fields are also highlighted in yellow.
- Please refer to the "Field Value Key" tab. Column E, labeled "March Release Values," present the full set of field values for March. Column F, labeled as "Change Action," identifies field values as "new" or "updated."
- Please note we no longer receive field values for 14 fields. These fields are marked as "Deprecated all field values" in Column A of the "Data Schema" tab. For the March release these fields will remain in product with no values associated. We will remove these in August for the breaking change release.
August Property Attributes Mortgage (2025.08): Schema Breaking Change:
We are introducing some enhancements to the August Property Attribute Mortgage product (v2025.08) that require a breaking change to the Data Schema. Please see the specifics outlined below.
A draft Data Schema and sample data will be provided in a later communication.
- Deprecated Fields - We no longer receive field values for the following fields and therefore they will be removed from product:
- Synthetic Property Records –Synthetic property records will be added to the Property Attribute Mortgage product, and as a result a new field called SYN_PROP_RECORD will be used to identify these records in the data file. Synthetic property records typically represent housing cooperatives or condominium buildings and are derived by Precisely for the sole purpose of providing building characteristics to our clients. The SYN_PROP_RECORD field will be populated with a "Y" (yes) if the data row is a synthetic property created by Precisely.
- Source Address Fields - Four new fields will be added to represent the original situs (property) address from the local tax authority: SRC_ADDRESS, SRC_CITY, SRC_STATE, SRC_ZIPCODE. These fields will represent a third set of address components, in addition to the current billing address and situs (property) address fields, which go through a rigorous address hygiene process. The intent of adding these fields is to give our users an indication of how Precisely has improved addresses to provide an accurate geocode or coordinate within the product.
- Concatenated Owner Name Fields - Full concatenated owner names will be represented in two new fields for Owner 1 (OWNER_NAME) and Owner 2 (OWNER_NAME2) names.
