    ER Version 9.6 Patch 1 - Release Announcement

    This document contains the details regarding ER Version 9.6 Patch 1 Release

    There is a Patch 1 release being made available for ER Version 9.6 with details below.

    ER-10389

    Fixed issue where each time user unlocks Rich Client screen, the Adjustment Panels are duplicated.

    Please find the Patch using the following steps:

    You could find the Release Notes and Installation Guide, along with all the release files below:

    1. Please go to https://data.precisely.com  
    2. Click on "My Software Products"
    3. Click on "ER"
    4. In the Releases, please click on "9.6.0"
    5. You would find below two files related to ER 9.6.0 Patch 1 Release
    6. The zip file ER-9.6-14596-1.zip, contains all the files you need to install the patch on the server
    7. The file ER-9.6-14596-1_PatchReleaseNotes.pdf.pdf contains information about Patch Contents, How to Install the Patch, and Contact Information
